Marbella's apartment market splits into three worlds. The casco antiguo gives you restored buildings, rooftop terraces and year-round rental demand a minute from Plaza de los Naranjos. Puerto Banús and the Golden Mile trade at a premium for the marina, the beach clubs and the address. Nueva Andalucía, five minutes uphill, offers the same sea views and twice the terrace for the money.
