To answer your enquiry, arrange viewings, send you property information you have asked for, and meet our legal obligations. We rely on your consent for marketing emails and on legitimate interest for responding to a direct enquiry.

Only where necessary to progress your enquiry: collaborating agents, developers, banks or lawyers involved in a specific property, and our email and hosting providers. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are held for up to three years from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to erase them sooner. Transaction records are held for the periods required by Spanish tax and anti-money-laundering law.
