A curated shortlist built around how you will actually use the property, viewings arranged around your trip, and honest advice on which streets to avoid.
Seller marketing
Valuation, professional photography, copy written and translated into several languages, portal and agent-network distribution, and regular updates.
Bank financing
Introductions to the local banks we work with, including up to 100% financing on selected bank-owned properties, subject to status.
Legal & due diligence
Independent lawyer introductions, NIE applications, registry and licence checks, and coordination all the way to the notary appointment.
Viewing trips
Airport collection, an itinerary across two or three areas, and a tour of the local facilities — schools, clinics, supermarkets, padel courts.
After the purchase
Utilities, community registration, builders and architects for renovation, furniture packages, key-holding and rental management referrals.
